Hi there, we are back from 2 weeks in China. As you might know, almost all water sports gear comes from China, it is just a matter of producing a good factory instead of a bad one. And the saying goes: the more you visit for quality inspection, the better the product comes out of the factory. In this Blog see a clip of the Welding Bonding Construction machine. Our inflatable SUP- and Wingboards have 2 layers on the rail (the side). The inner layer is welded together with the bottom and deck parts. The outer layer has the 179K gluing process.
